Cost Control Consulting helps businesses strengthen financial reporting, improve cost control, develop effective internal controls, enhance management reporting, and support informed business decision-making.
The focus is on practical financial guidance that helps organizations improve performance while maintaining sound financial practices.
What types of businesses do you work with?

Every engagement is tailored to the specific needs of the organization.

When appropriate, CCC works collaboratively with your existing accounting professionals.
Do you prepare tax returns?
No. The primary focus of CCC is consulting, financial analysis, cost control, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business advisory services.
Consulting Engagements
How does a consulting engagement begin?
Every engagement begins with an understanding of your business, including your organization, operations, financial reporting, current challenges, management priorities, existing systems, and desired outcomes.
This understanding helps ensure that recommendations are practical and relevant.
Can you work with small businesses?
Yes. CCC works with businesses of different sizes, from growing organizations that need stronger financial processes to larger businesses seeking additional financial expertise or specialized project support.
Can engagements be project-based?
Yes. Engagements may be one-time projects, short-term consulting assignments, periodic advisory services, or ongoing consulting support. The scope depends on the client’s needs.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Many consulting engagements can be performed remotely using secure communication and document-sharing methods. On-site meetings may be arranged when appropriate.
Scheduling
How do I request a consultation?
Consultation requests are submitted through the website. The consultation request form collects information about your business so CCC can understand your needs before the initial meeting.
Why can’t I schedule a meeting immediately?
CCC reviews the information provided before the consultation so the meeting can be productive and focused on your business. Consultations are therefore scheduled beginning two business days after the request is submitted.
What consultation times are available?
Consultations are offered in 30-minute time slots between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM, subject to availability.
Why are some appointment times unavailable?
To provide adequate preparation and avoid scheduling conflicts, appointment times immediately adjacent to existing appointments may not be available.
This scheduling approach helps maintain sufficient preparation time for each consultation.
Preparation
What information should I provide before the meeting?
The consultation request form asks for structured information such as business name, industry, primary contact, business location, the financial or operational issue, current accounting system, number of employees, annual revenue range, preferred consultation date, and additional comments.
Providing complete information helps CCC prepare for the discussion.
Do I need to prepare financial statements?
Not necessarily. If financial information is helpful for the discussion, CCC will explain what documents may be useful before the consultation.
Confidentiality
Will my business information remain confidential?
Yes. Information shared during the consultation process is treated professionally and handled with appropriate confidentiality.
Will my information be shared with anyone else?
No. Information provided to CCC is used solely for evaluating your request and providing consulting services unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by you.
Do I need to sign an engagement agreement?
If consulting services are requested beyond the initial consultation, a written engagement agreement will normally be provided describing the scope of services, responsibilities, and other engagement terms.
